Awardco Names VP of People Operations

ButlerThe Utah-based rewards and recognition company that raised $65 million three years ago taps another Qualtrics veteran to help lead its human resources strategy.

Awardco, a provider of employee recognition and rewards solutions, has named Amy Poll Butler Vice President of People Operations. The company says that “appointing Butler as VP of People Operations signals Awardco's deeper investment into human resources strategy and training, building on a strong people-first foundation.”
 
JacksonEarlier this year, the company name Ryan Jackson President. He reportedly has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles at employee and customer experience firm Qualtrics and MX, a fintech company.
 
Prior to joining Awardco, Butler served for over five years at Qualtrics, most recently head of the company’s Global Benefits Team. After her stint at Qualtrics, she “most recently led HR initiatives as Head of People Operations at Route," a post-purchase experience platform. Awardco says she “will play a critical role in Awardco's trajectory and the strategic direction of its human resources division.”
